Postal Inspector, USPS

roxanne lemaireRoxanne has been employed by the United States Postal Inspection Service since 2006. She is a Federal Agent and investigates criminal activity that uses the U.S. Mail. Such as mail theft, identity theft, narcotics, dangerous mail investigations, fraud, and child exploitation. She is currently assigned to work mail theft/identity theft investigations and dangerous mail investigations (DMI). She also worked narcotic investigations for several years and previously was employed as a probation officer in Colorado for approximately six years.

Detective David Moranz & Canine Farley
Postal Inspectors USPS

david moranz and farleyDetective David Moranz and canine Farley work for the Citrus Heights Police Department and are assigned to the United States Postal Inspection Service - Sacramento Domicile. Detective Moranz has 28 years of law enforcement experience with 13 years with the Citrus Heights Police Department.

Canine Farley is a three-year-old black Labrador Retriever and a single-purpose narcotics detection canine. Canine Farley sniffs out drugs to remove them from the mail system to keep postal employees safe at work. Detective Moranz and Farley look forward to giving their holiday safety prevention tips and making SAFETY THE BEST PRESENT this holiday season.

Please bring your personal holiday card to mail out.

Please wear appropriate footwear, as the meeting will start with Christmas caroling for our Postal employees on the workroom floor.
